We want you to love your festival gear, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that exclusive event merchandise and final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print this label and securely pack your items in their original festival packaging.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label. Keep your tracking number handy to monitor your package's journey back to Dreamville.

Receive Your Refund

After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
